Designs With PC takes your privacy seriously. Here is how we handle your data.
What we collect
When you book a service we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. We use Square Appointments to manage bookings, and Square processes your card details directly to take your deposit. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Your contact details are used to confirm your booking, remind you of your appointment, and reach you if Paige needs to reschedule. We will not sell your information or send marketing without your permission.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It is cookieless and stores no personal information. The booking form uses a small browser storage entry to remember your cart while you select services.
Your data, your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data after your last appointment

How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as the appointment is upcoming, plus six years after the visit (HMRC requirement for self-employed bookkeeping).
